Bernese News 26th April 2016

How very sad to hear that Mike Sargent (Sargbilko) passed away at home, peacefully in his
sleep in the early hours of Sunday 24th April.  Mike had not enjoyed the best of health for some
time but his passing was sudden and unexpected.  Mike was 70 years old

Mike had been secretary of the Central Bernese Mountain Dog Club since the early days
and only relinquished that position a few weeks ago.

Easily recognisable, not least by his preferred attire of shorts in all weathers, he will be
sadly missed.  Sincere condolences to Mike's wife B (Beryl), family and friends.

I'll let you know the funeral arrangements when they become available.
