Junior Dog (5 entries,1 absentee)
1st Miles' Orlando Bloom At Jaybiem JW. Gorgeous headed young dog who has much to
like about him. Lovely shape and so balanced, loved his expression too. Moving soundly in all
directions, a touch nervous today and not giving his best. Quality dog .

for size and strength. Compact outlook. Gorgeous head and expression and an excellent eye.

excellent pigment in lip. Explosive side gait and so light on his feet, however toes in a little going
away. Rather proud of his tail .

more of him all round.
Maiden Dog No entries
Novice Dog (1)
1st Austen's Collansues Excaliber. Superbly marked dog, however he has too much stop and
cheek for me and I would prefer a darker eye. Scored on side gait but could be tidier fore and aft.
Good size and substance .
Graduate Dog (2)
1st Page's Tulipanos Berni Mr McEnroe (Imp). Super presentation, correct for make and shape,
excels in topline. Head could be more masculine for me. OK going but rather careless with his
front, OK side gait.
2nd Austen's Collansues Excaliber.
Post Graduate Dog (8, 1)
1st Rickman's Tickbern Philagain. Smaller dog but correct in many ways, compact body and
balanced angles. Tracks very true and side gait is adequate. Handler needs to step out to get more
out of him.
2nd Vaychkus' Flintas Kalnu Suo (Imp). His head is not mature yet. So well balanced with
excellent quarters, so sound on the move. Needs to spring in rib and body up.
3rd Rumble's Bernfold Donner By Glenbrienz. Typical outlook, so well ribbed and bodied.
Scored in side gait. Touch loose in lip and over developed in cheeks for me.
Limit Dog (7, 4)
1st Gopal's Collansues Secret Bridges. Excellent masculine head and eye. Compact body
and when tail is controlled throws a perfect outline. Excellent movement in all directions, straight
but balanced angles both ends. Rather careless with his tail.
2nd Hyland's Charmsway Adventurer. Another sound moving dog, a longer cast dog than 1st
which cost him the class. Good in head, body and well ribbed, super quarters. Touch short in
upper arm which affected front action.
3rd Westlake's Glanzberg Day Ryder For Jesterbrock. Big dog, excellent head and eye.
Touch long in body perhaps, super bone. Moving close behind.

and correct almond eye. Free easy movement, I did admire him a lot.

conditioned. So well muscled, excellent body and proportions. Scored in side gait but toes in
on the move.

strong bodied, ideal neck. Could not match the others on overall movement.

1st Miles' Ch Jaybiem Utwo JW ShCM. Such a handsome male that screams breed type, is
a picture stood. Super masculine head with nobility and ideal proportions. Compact body yet has
enough leg for bearings, strong bone and body. Straighter angles both ends but totally in sync
with each other which reflects in his true movement in all directions. Perhaps a bit too animated
in front action at times, had to be my Best Male and Best in Show.
2nd Rumble's Ch Glamrock Ballroom Blitz By Glenbrienz ShCM. Loved this dog too. Not the
head or size or substance of 1st but he is so balanced. Super eye and expression. Totally sound
on the move, one of the soundest movers of the day.

match the head or topline of 1st and 2nd.

eye a touch starey for me and her front needs to settle.

weaker in under jaw than I prefer and tailset is low. Could be better on the move.

so nicely made, best front assembly so far. Enough head detail and so very sound on the move.

1st Goodyear's Harvestbank Fields Of Gold JW ShCM. In top-notch condition today, has
substance, good breed type and excellent bone. A lovely head piece to match. Such an exceptional

Balanced angles and a good mover. Not in bloom like the winner and lacking tail feathering today.

BOLSOVER & DISTRICT CANINE SOCIETY OPEN SHOW 15th November 2015
Puppy (1 entry)
1st Granger’s Shirdees Harlow Jean Of Shadybower. Standing alone, this pretty ten and a half
month old bitch has a lovely dark eye which gives her a kindly expression - width of skull will
improve on maturity. She already has good length of leg and should make good size. She has a
lovely temperament although the exuberance of puppyhood meant movement was a little difficult
to assess - however, gait was good when she settled. Best Puppy in Breed.
1st King’s Ecalpharas Moonshine Over Leapingwell. At just over twelve months, this youngster
is maturing well. Nice flat skull with bright dark eye, good dentition. Compact body with good
angulation throughout. Attentive to her owner and very well handled, she moved freely round the
ring keeping her topline level.
2nd Wood’s Kegshe’s Fagan. A seventeen month old, medium sized dog with classic markings -
dark eye and good ear set. Sound temperament. Although his forechest is developing well his
movement today was a little wide at the front.
Post Graduate (4, 1)
1st Green’s Waldershelf Here Comes Erik. Good sized dog, only just out of Junior but not
looking out of place in Post Graduate. Nice flat skull, kind, dark eye, a little loose around the flews
but still filling out his frame. Rear angulation is good and this dog’s forte is his movement –
flowing freely and effortlessly around the ring. In tune with and so attentive to his handler.
Reserve Best of Breed.
2nd Watson’s Stepdasher Sommer Girl. A feminine bitch shown in beautiful coat. Pleasing head
shape with flashier markings to face. General angulation is good - just carrying a little excess
weight today which gave her a tendency to roll on the move.
3rd Wood’s Kegshe’s Fagan
1st Griffiths, Orme & Miles’ Jaybiem Y’euben Chozen. An excellent example of the breed and
absolutely fit for purpose, this three and a half year old dog stole the show - literally! Beautifully
proportioned throughout, broad headpiece, strong neck leading to well laid back shoulder. Good
depth of chest and level topline, rounded croup with correct tail-set. Plenty of bone. Good rear
angulation allows him to move with drive around the ring. Very pleased to see him win the Working
Group and even more so when he won Best in Show! Many congratulations!
Best of Breed, Working Group1 and Best in Show.
2nd Green’s Waldershelf All About Edna. Litter sister to the Post Graduate winner, a taller bitch
with plenty of bone. Shown in lovely condition with a profuse coat. Good stop with dark eye, body
developing well. Looks good in profile – although stifle angulation appears a little over-exaggerated
at present, this could improve as she matures and lower thigh fills out. Handled well, it’s nice to
see a dog with spirit in the ring!
